The product development area is responsible for the development, maintenance and further development of our BIC software solutions at the Bochum location. This is where we convert our innovative ideas into code – in close collaboration with our customers and, of course, our colleagues from sales and consulting. We are thus able to create unique added value for our customers. We count on state-of-the art technologies and are always open to new things. Pragmatism and quality are our highest priorities.

Only if we possess a genuine passion for applications and technology we can be effective partners to our customers and our product development and sales divisions. A healthy dose of assertiveness and persuasiveness is also required so that the complexity of the product doesn’t become increased through specific project solutions. Our task is to maintain a sustainable product architecture while still always keeping an eye on our customers' requirements.

GBTEC’s consultants work in direct contact with customers and others with an interest in our software, both within Germany and internationally. Our current customer projects range from the implementation of business process management to the optimization of processes to the coaching of all types of target groups. We provide consulting in all areas of process management (QM, ICS, methods, EAM, IT alignment, SOA, compliance, etc.). This includes a wide variety of tasks that are constantly being re-shaped by current developments. The sales team is responsible for customer acquisition, active support of new and existing customers, and the marketing of BIC products and BPM services. As a qualified consultant in this field, you will be responsible for establishing the initial contact with our customers. The sales office provides support during the entire acquisition phase and sets the tone for long-term customer loyalty. The sales field service team subsequently takes over the on-site support of customers, working both within Germany as well as internationally. Customer acquisition activities are planned and implemented in close cooperation between the sales team, management, and the marketing team. To assist employees in constantly expanding their know-how and in keeping pace in a fast-moving environment, we place particular emphasis on on-going training and development.
